It's taking FOREVER to download...going on 45 minutes now and only half done. Server overload?
      www.dpict3d.com - "That's a very nice rendering, Dave. I think you've improved a great deal." - HAL9000... At least I have one fan.

Love the CG girl, she has a lot of personality (not to mention a great walk )

              Visuals are very nice overall.

Not too thrilled about the fly over roof shots, looking down like that when flying is a bit uncomfortable.

The cars, while prominent are not as nice as they easily could be, materials are letting them down paint, rims and glass.

All and all a very lovely production.

Thanks for your comments. I totally agree with everything. I'm not pleased by the cars either...

among the best Ive ever seen! great stuff!

how did you do all them trees in the exterior shots??? look soo nice! if theyre 3d trees with opacitymapped leaves the rendertimes must have been pretty high??

agree about the cars though... they are the only thing I can complain about..

                      Wow, that is pretty amazing.

Was it all 3d? like how much of the exterior fly overs were live footage?
Cause if you tell me that the boat and its wake was 3d.. im gonna cry.

The one thing that really irked me, was the pool water bump/waves. Way to uniform and parrallel.

Also that 3D girly (hot for a 3d chick) looks alot like the Masha model.

Her face looks stunning when she is standing there playing with the lights.

                      Top notch work.. love it.

Thanks for your comments. The girl is in fact marsha. Very well worth the $320. We usually model everything, but in this case it was cheaper to bay the model than to make one, plus... she is a beauty! It was a pain making wer walk on high heels though.

The approaches were done combines with live footage. We shot on HD, which was pretty nice because there were lots of pixels for compositing.

Here are some pics from the shooting:

Looking good !!! and great choice.. hehe

Nice chopper/camera combo. I take it you rented it or does your company have its own personal chopper

Great footage, works really well i think.
