    Long time without posting because I make my new appartement in an old building around 400 years old so with a very bad state. many real work on it and I wanted to share my felling about it. Only two view for the moment but I will show you more hehe.......I hope you will like it.
    PS: some archmodels in there.

      I hope that for everybody there, to work for yourself on your own appartment it a good thérapy hehe....

      I have a wet problem in there that's why the GI isn't really good

            I like the floor surface. I doubt any modern buildings will look that goodin 400 years!

              Wow, that's going to be a great appartment when you're done. Business must be good eh? How are you going to find the time to do all that renovation work!? You'll have to post some photos when it's done. Good luck with it!

                Nice, you should fix the repeating curtain though. I especially like the floor. Looks great.

                  Tom B: in fact the building is really 400 years old and I try to make the balance between old style (floor roof etc... and modern style like..., if you know Tricia Guild)

                      Four hundred years old. Man, we don't even have trees that are that old in Texas, much less buildings. It must be great living in all that history. Good luck with your build!
