i dont think you need refelections on all surfaces, maybe just a few objects like the doors and handrails. If you wanted to get silly you could always put a slight reflection on the walls too

          Looking really good.
I agree with Chris, I don't think that you need reflections on everything for a good image.
As for the saturation comment, I feel that the building and courtyard don't appear as though they are from the same scene. The saturation of the buildings makes them look separate from the courtyard for the most part. I think dropping the saturation on some of the building elements or increasing the saturation of the courtyard would help unify the two.
With regard the architecture, I think that the columns and arches are far too thin. They need to look much more substantial to hold up all that weight above them. the lime green building in the second image is looking about right.

            Looks great!
However, the walls look a little 'blank'....i know there's noise bump, but maybe they need a texture...or a slight falloff or something. They don't seem as 'real' as everything else.

I think the problem has more to do with the architecture itself. I'm sure it will look better if you can get some good detailed feedback from the Architect.

The green stands out on the upper floors a bit because you almost expect to see them partially in shadow similar to the undercovour area on the ground floor on the right (image 1). Its hard to see how to improve this material though from the distance...so the only obvious thing is the saturation on them compared to the middle.

As everyone else has said, the trees, blades coming from the grates, palm shadows and paving all look REALLY excellent so well done!

Looks very good! I like the colors. They fit they area to a T. My only comments are what others have said about speculars on the handrails and such. Other than that, nice!
