    very nice one,
i think the first one needs a little orange touch to fit better into the image.
    but very nice work!

          thanks
yes, a little more orange would be better, I think so.
erm, 507 lights with different ies data. I'm still fighting with a more realistic gold material...

WOW that's a lot of lights! Looks great though. Love the avatar too-cheered me up today.

Do I dare ask what your render times were like?

That looks very impressive. Any particular reason you used PPT?

I'm surprised it only took 3 hours to render a scene with so many IES lights.
How long did the PPT take? What res was the solution?

                        Great work.

The third image is great, but what's going on with the crazy artifacts on the dome? Looks great from in the distant shot; is it thesame GI solution but from closeup?
                          Many Thanks

This is a very patient man!

I would be pulling my hair out trying to do something like this.

                            Great looking work!

the crazy artifacts are cause by the vray light material, i've changed this later to a standard illuminated material to get rid of the noise.
ppt because i only wanted some preview pictures ppt renders were canceled after ap. 3 hours.
