by many user requests I recieved, I desided to reopen the download to the shaders, even though they are possible to find in anywhere now.

eaton those plugins are included into the pack, however if you read carefully, you will require max 8 as well.

As I understood, this materials requires Max 8, and to install you need plug in ??? is there any text where we can read, how to... , as quoted abowe.

no need for anything special. you place the plugins into 3dsmax/plugin folder and, presumably you have more or less recent vray such as version above 1.47, and it will work.
