Here are a few renderings from a project I've been working on alot lately.

TV, micro and coffee maker are from Evermotion and 3dcafe.
The flowers are from http://www.toucan.co.jp/indexE.html.
The other furniture is custom made.

interiors are superb,
aerial has that phisical model quality to it.

The interiors are very very nice.
The exterior works well, but the foilage needs some variation, and the backdground is a bit to sketchy.

Your 'population' in the interior is absolutely fantastic! great placement of furniture, nicknacks, etc...! so happy and believable.

great interiors. for a waterpark there isnt much water hehe. i hope the furniture is waterproof

exteriors isnt quite... the building is great but the carpark, trees and grass are a let down.

interiors is just stunning.

I agree that the rpc trees on the exterior are very cookie cutter, I'll have to look into other tree packages.
I won't be modeling the actual waterpark park of the building but the main lobby is the next goal.
All these views are from a two minute animation that I will try to post at a future date.
