Looks too perfect to me, too organized. Perhaps some chaos on the position of the chairs, just a slight one would be more appealing. Also the table stands very empty, maybe you can arrange a few flowers in a vase there or smth like that.
But anyway, that's mainly personal oppinion. The image looks great anyway
cpnichols wrote: Well let me put it this way... do you use photoshop? I am sure you do or something that can in fact read HDRI or EXRs. So why not render in float then take it to photoshop and be able to adjust the exposure after the render? THEN save it as 8 bit if you want.
This is stunning particularly the floor but over all, it is really excellent work. The exterior scene (I'm presuming a HDR of some sort -or other texture map) seems a little to close to the window, a great image overall, superb.
the floor material is vray material with glossy reflections, there is vray 2d displacement - I think it needs blend material for nonreflective gaps between tiles.
lighting - IRM -3/-1, LC 3000, linear color mapping, there are three vray lights in windows, stored with ir. map
exterior scene is just a photo, overbrighted and quick added in photoshop, you are true, now i can see, it is little bit close:-/
