  • simple interior test

Hi, this is simple interior scene, I used for LWF testing. C & C welcome

  • #2
    mm

Looks too perfect to me, too organized. Perhaps some chaos on the position of the chairs, just a slight one would be more appealing. Also the table stands very empty, maybe you can arrange a few flowers in a vase there or smth like that.

But anyway, that's mainly personal oppinion. The image looks great anyway

Your floor is incredible. Is that bump or displacement with glossy reflection? What are your settings for that material?

                          Stunning

This is stunning particularly the floor but over all, it is really excellent work. The exterior scene (I'm presuming a HDR of some sort -or other texture map) seems a little to close to the window, a great image overall, superb.

thanks for your comments. there is reference photo for this scene:
                            http://archrecord.construction.com/c...es/split-5.jpg

the floor material is vray material with glossy reflections, there is vray 2d displacement - I think it needs blend material for nonreflective gaps between tiles.

lighting - IRM -3/-1, LC 3000, linear color mapping, there are three vray lights in windows, stored with ir. map

exterior scene is just a photo, overbrighted and quick added in photoshop, you are true, now i can see, it is little bit close:-/

to get more detail in the shadows.. turn off "store with ir map"

I would never suggest using this unless your pressed for time.
Also LC @ 3000 seems fairly high for a single frame.
