are these projects in Abu Dhabi?
middle east is like the wild west isn't it...
Well this particular client knew that it took 7 days as that was part of the brief "we have a massive project, we need an animation in 7 days... can you do it... here's some money"

We were slightly reluctant to reveal it as some of our other clients would be asking "why did our project take X number of weeks / months" but i guess our response would be "well see what can happen when we can just get on with it without constant changes or waiting for stuff from you?... bit more money to pay for the overtime helps too"

      Cheers

You've got a sleek, fine tuned (insert favorite impressive adjective here) team working with you! I can't immagine anyone of you not at the top of their game to pull this one off. It's certainly making me re-think my brute force method of all GI and glossies. I spent a while today exploring xrefs after your suggestion of faster loading times. Thanks for your detailed explanations.

Haha, try working in the same town as these guys and trying to compete with that. Luckily for us, there is a lot of smaller jobs with tightarse clients in Perth that we can still survive off :P

excellent work and thanks for sharing tips and tricks. The scale of work and timeframes are amasing and getting 14 people to work together in that timeframe must some seriously good management. Hope everyone got a nice bonus!

say hi to Oskar for us (he used to work at our office). Crazy mofo

haha... cheers Paul. Well hopefully our prices trickle down to you guys allowing you guys to be able to charge more and still seem cost effective

Oskar says Hi and that you owe him $50.... just kidding
