yikes, if the second one is a render, then that's probably the most photographic render ive ever seen. more info please.

I think: the first one is the (very impressive!!!) render. The second one is a photo of the final apartment as it is in real world. Right?

            AMAZING

If that second picture is really a rendering, you should totally make a 'making-of' dvd and sell it. I don't think there's anyone in here that wouldn't want to dissect that scene, shader by shader and light by light.

              Excellent work!

The sofa on the left hand side gives it away.
The rest of the image is spot on.
                  that concrete floor is perfect.

                  well done

That second image has got to be a photo...... surely.....

If not, then well done! Haven't seen anything quite so good before!

amazing image, but why is the table in the foreground on the left not casting a shadow?

Marcoos - I think it has a transparent top to it and a light sat on it.

                          DejaVu,

Who do the voodoo like you do!

You've crossed the line...your work has become so photographic.
Might be time for another iconic tutorial?

wow, thats real nice, great textures on the exterior of the apt.
The only flaw with the second image is the view isnt as nice as the one in the first pic ,
