  • Toyota Supra

Few weeks ago I got around to rendering a supra model that I have had for awhile. Please note that I did NOT model the supra.
Lighting, texturing and rendering was done by me, and I wouldnt really class it as finished but its probabaly as far as I will take it, as im in the process of modelling a Lamborghini Murcielago

    Renders (variations on a theme)
    Angle 1: Straight from Vray

    A bit of PS work

    More PS work

Angle 2: Straight from Vray (ignore backwards text on tire.)

Animation Straight out of vray with a little PS work to brighten it up abit.

You will notice the first render has black windows. This is because I had a black tube around the scene to add some nice reflections to the paint and wheels, it was set to be ignored by GI and invisible to camera. However I forgot to make it invislble to reflections.
All the other images i fixed up in PS by rendering out proper glass and comping it over the top. Same with the animation.

Looks really nice, though you can see noise in the reflection.

This may come in useful too - http://www.stern.de/sport-motor/auto...54&nv=fs&cp=11 - It seems that the headlights are a little dull in the reflections. Looks good though.

Think it's not a metallic speckle... kinda noise from poor AA. It looks so.
I just can't seem to trust myself
So what chance does that leave, for anyone else?

Always thought, that this speckle is view dependant, so you won't see it everywhere.

Twin turbo, 6 speed manual.. nothing less

I looked for one about 3 years ago, either too much cash or to many miles on the clock
Ended up getting a VW corrado G60, great bit of fun till some Arse nicked it
