The main texture repeating is the first thing that caught my eye, beyond that I like it. Are you using Max? There's an included procedural tile material that would work well.

yup, that column is not exactly the highlight of modern architecture..

I like your people, but they may not be too fitting, considering the attempted realism of the building itself (and the cars)?
