as "kunstraum.tv" changed now to a new office named "pure rendering gmbh" or short "pure" I would love to present some of our latest works.

a hires version can be found here. an animation of that project will be released in the next weeks.

other projects can be found on our new website www.purerender.com

most of the images and animations on the website were done with vray. just a few with Maxwell...i swear

Your curtains are the best I've seen yet!

By the way, what happened to alpha-vision? Did they just change their name?

thanks for the comments so far

@priad normally we work with physical cam and sunsystem. for this shot we used the "old" setup with area lights in front of the windows. the first bounces is QMC, secondary is LC.

@andrius alpha vision ? this is a different company. and no, they did not change the name. they are still there.

I would really like to see some glow on the overexposed areas, like the sunlight on the sofa, IMHO that would make the image perfect.

nice render, love the curtains. a few crits.

personal opinion, but the books seem to large, and the flooring texture scale seems to small. I could be wrong, but Ive never seen flooring boards in that manner so narrow.

The hinges on the doors, I think should be on the other side of the doors.

The 'work of art' on the far wall, looks really incongruous with the elaborate moulding and chandeliers. I think a very large mirror with a really detailed frame would look killer there.

Im not completely in love with the furniture in the foreground. But maybe its the entire point of the image, what do i know.

Clean as it gets, and gorgeous detailing.

I'd love a good excuse to model something like that.

Very Nice Rendering! Your modeling, lighting and materials look excellent.
I think a little more "pronounced' volume light would look great in this image.
