      Settings

Thanks for sharing your settings. I'll let you know how it goes for me. One more question; are you using an LCD or CRT? no gamma implies an LCD.

        sRGB

The only way I can obtain reslults like yours is by using sRGB via the VFB. Are you doing the same? I remember once I went from my CRT to my LCD I had to change my workflow, which included not having to gamma correct everything. All I had to do was pick the sRGB. I am not sure why I stopped, but it must have been posts I have read. The bottom line is do what works and go with it.

          LWF

ok, I got it working without sRGB. Playing with the vraycam works like a charm. I have to think this is the way VRAY was created to work. Sun/Sky at 1 and vraycam with real world settings. I'll post my image tomorrow.

yes that is how vcam-vsun-vsky works together as daforce said
like 3 musqueeters ehehe- all for one, one for all

I used max frame buffer. and I didnot use gamma correction at all. not max or vray-color mapping rollout etc.

I use LCD but my LCD is not callibrated. I mean it is as default as it I bought.

That's encouraging.....................I was hoping this would be the case as I've started to look at the physical cam/sun/sky recently. Always struggled to get my head around gamma correction, LWF etc. with LCD screens.

We'll end up pumelling you to death with questions, but one more.
Are you using any type of override on mats or altering colors from what they actually are to control blowouts and the like? Notice some strong light where the house conacts the grass.

Been unable to cleanly replicate this behaviour without doing weird things
                    to materials and so on.
