        Very nice!

The render on the walls is a little too perfoect IMHO.

Can you tell me if those roof tiles are modelled?

        Thanks

          the roof tiles are modeled...

I downloaded a dxf-file from a roof-tile manufactor, rebuild in max in lowpoly and then multiplied with the array-tool in max

hmhm.... is it possible, to solve the "splotchie-problem"? I think, it comes from the vray-sun...

Impressive render time! Totally jealous of your hardware. Nice roof and trees

Very nice, though I think the roof tile needs more bump to it. Seems a bit flat.

                    Looks nice!

The Tree shadows is a bit to dark in the first picture. Also you should add some curtains to make it look more friendly and inhabited.

The second picture is very nice. But Maybe you should change the AA filtering.
