Another quick project. I have about 14 hours total in this one. Sorry for the small image size, they are my quick test renders with a little PS work(about 15 minutes to render each)...I am waiting for the go ahead to do full size renders.

Thats probabaly the bluest driveway I have ever seen

Roof seems a little lacking. I think it needs to be shinier or something.
Also given the direction of the sun those tree shadows look monsterous. Like way to big??

That aside, looks pretty good for 14hours work. Grass is great!

Looks to me to be a military establishment of some sort Maybe an NCO club on Little Rock AFB? Not sure but it looks familiar to me. Not bad for test renders and I agree, that is some blue asphalt.

would be nice to see the high resolution ones first because its hard to tell if the noise is just due to the resolution etc but basically they look a lot like low resolution tests.

good effort though, i think the design restricts you a bit?. I think maybe this will be sorted out at higher resolution but the ceilings look a bit flat to me. Can't really pick much wrong with it myself though...

          Thanks for the comments!

I have a new tree sorted to put in that looks better, and should represent better at a larger scale, I probably need to turn down my area shadow size just a little also...but those trees are a bit large for reality as they stand now

I will definitely add some "shininess" to the roof, got caught up in landscaping in the middle of making my materials. Tweaked the bricks, but not the metal roof.

The drive is a bitmap, kind of light in color so it is picking up a lot of blue from my domelight, should be easy to balance by the next round. I will probably focus a little more on the curbing also, as it is seen in the foreground in pretty much every shot.

It is in Arkansas, but not Little Rock. It is a health services building Fayetteville.

I am afraid the noise is my fault...got a little carried away in post

The design is an existing building, with little additions here and there, the biggest being the addition of the metal roof and canopy. Had the pleasure to draw all of this off of a napkin sketch and photographs

Thanks again! Will post an update by next week

              good update!

              little things:
              - the curb: little jaggy and is flying in the foreground.
              - the glass can be better I think, maybe more reflection.
              - the cars, don't know somehow they seem not to fit, don't know why, maybe too big or the colors.
              - do you have displacement on the grass? might want to do that on the brickwork too.

I prefer the darker shadows of the first images. There was more contrast. The updates seem a bit washed out. The cars look a bit plasticy....especially the middle one.

                  Nice updates.

However I would recommend a dash of my s-curve in PS to just sort the colors out. Looks a little washed/greyed out.

                  Good stuff
