The perspective looks great, just too much light on the sides, I'd probably add some boxes or something to block some of the environment light from hitting directly, also what color is you ground matte? A dark grey would probably work better.
Needs a little less saturation and maybe a bit more contrast between the shaded/non-shaded parts. The direct shadow on the wall of the existing building (under the canopy) looks like it shouldn't be there as well since the sun doesn't really hit that side. I also don't think the wood post on the far left would be getting any direct sun which they appear to be.
