          Wow great work!

As a car guy and archviz guy I am truly impressed.

Great job on the vehicle motion, is it simmed or keyframed?

If I may ask, what was your production time for these three shots?

            Vehicle Motion was keyed.

Spot 1 took about 2 months. Spot 2 took 1 month. Spot 3 took 2 weeks. There was a lot of R and D in the beginning, by the time we got to spot 3, any technicalites had been addressed making production extremely fast. Vray was perfect for our pipeline since our render farm was 2 poweredge 1900 quads and 3 core duo workstations (which we worked on). Render times for the car was around 2mins a frame.

nice! the motion is really great, but i'am not sure about the look of the car to be honest.
                something is missing there...

how did you create the environments?

yeah i agree jonas, the car seems way too reflective and there is no GI from the car on the roads/wheels so it make the body of the car "float"

                    Carl,
i would have to say that the only things not realistic enough were the people. (just kidding)
How much of the environment in all the shots was cg....especially the first one...and what did you use to make the environment in the first one?

All the enviroments were CG. Vray mesh allowed us to generate hundreds of trees, ferns, grass, etc. Some of the shots had over 200 million polys and was very easy to manage. The wide shots and backgrounds were matte paintings create with a mix of 3D and photoshop.

                          awesome!
great dynamism, and camera angles and effects! the city scene reminds me of a Ghost in the Shell scene.
                          very cinematic

Spot 2 was inspired by Ghost in the Shell and Bladerunner. Glad you recognized the reference
