Only thing I really see is that light fixture in the 2nd image doesn't seem like it would cast such a bright spot on the ceiling, and not in a circle either. Nice images.

Oh, maybe some books and stuff on the shelves too.

Really nice SV. Definately think it's needs books and things on the shelves but that's about it. Good work!

cheers guys; the client has actually specified no books as they want that 'just moved in' feel, or like you have a blank canvas to play with.
          i might suggest it however.

gfa2; think your right about that light, but they are all VraySphere lights so i presume the intensity is all correct. I'll have a play around.

That's cool...it's just that the bulbs are really tiny little things but the light they are giving off is pretty intense.

              looks good SV.
Maybe its a bit too dark overall. it doesnt have an inviting feel.
The blow out from the spots on the floor in the first image are a bit strong.
Your furniture and materials are all good though!

looking nice. Looks a bit blurry to me though at the moment which may be due to the resolution rendered out at.. ?

i agree about it being a touch too dark so maybe it needs a few more feature lights

                  Looking good, a few comments:

                  First image:
If you look at the spots in the roof they are very dark, but the floor beneath it is very (imo too bright).
I would lower the spots in the roof to get some warm and nice light from the fireplace.

I think that it would help if you could change the camera just a bit so that when you look at the mirror,
it reflects a bit of the outdoor environment. (But I understand if you dont want to move the camera at this stage, when the cameras position works fine with all other objects)
Or put a painting or something on the empty wall that it reflects. Because I couldnt se what it was at first..

                  Second image:
I also think that the highlight on the roof seems strange.
                  nice work

Overall a really great job with the furnitures. Also like the outdoor env.

                    Nice Renderings!

                    My only crits are:
The top image seems a little to saturated IMO and the light being cast on the ceiling from the chandelier seem to strong and to perfectly round. I would think there would be sevearl smaller and weaker points of light being cast on to the ceiling from the chandelier.

                    Really nice job overall.
