Nice implementation of the people in the foreground. Usually they look very flat and unreal, but these blend in nicely.

Only thing I can see right now is a repeating walltexture
And maybe a little less wood in the railing so you can see what's going on on the "first floor".

        Nice image.
I also think the people blend well with the scene.
        Great work

nice image, but i can't help feeling there are some scale issues - them bricks look very big no? and the furniture small compared to the people?

I agree on the scale of the furniture, but the brick size is good. If you'd look at the brick size on the lower side of the wall, you'll see they're much smaller.
The bricks in the upper side of the wall are just bigger blocks, which aren't uncommon in the construction of buildings like these.

                    Yes mate,

Great image and nice balance of post/bloom.

I also like the balance of the exterior back drop, quite hard to get right.

good stuff, nice mix of old and new. i like the wooden railes instead of going with something like steel cables or something more modern.

thanks for your comments. All of you. Here's some answers that could helps.

the scale of the big block is really like that. it was the first time the architect see that kind of block. We had to show it. Nice comments about the repeat of this textures, we should look at it to avoid the repeat pattern.

The furnitures is really at scale. We were surprise here too about the size of those little chair in front. It's a tiny chair for one person.

The wooden handrail is a need from the architect. It's a good idea, Not too expansive and we have to think of the Construction rules here about the handrail. No object over 8 cm can go between the posts.

We should try to add more details on the ceiling and the bricks...
