That's London? Yikes! Looks like american suburbs...

Good start. I would try and dirty things up, and make it a bit less bright. Maybe some Reinhard burn...

      Hi Clifton,

Yes, London..............Eltham in fact. Perhaps I should add a couple of Range Rovers being towed for having big engines.

Image is a little bight on the sreen, but prints well - guess they will never match.

I tried to render elements to get more control, but as I have only 2gb of ram I have to use .vrimg or .exr files. For the life of me I cant get the elements out of a .vrimg file. Hoping a GUI will be included in SP2.

      Thanks

        clean....

what about a few muggers! hiding in the doorway.

the lady near the entrance seems to have a glow about her (ready brek?) and maybe should have a little shadow on her front as the sun is from behind?

Eltham. Just googled it. Must admit I've never been that far south of the river.

As for render elements, I just check the desired elements, things like direct lighting, raw reflecton and specular, and they are saved as separeate .EXR files. Then I overlay or add them in photoshop, and blur or whatever to control bloom or refelctions in certain areas.

            Clifton,

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to explain your render elements workflow in basic form as I just did a test and only got the main image. Here's what I did:

Disable "render to memory frame buffer"
Enable "render to raw image file"
Saved name of file with .exr
Add elements and select path to save in .exr format

I just get the main image and no elements saved?

            Thanks

Oh, you're using the vray frame buffer. I use MFB usually, and it saves the render elements separately. Just specify image type (.EXR) in the Common: Render Output dialog, and your render elements will automatically be named to indicate which render element and saved.
