Hey all -
Still playing with the materials and I'm getting pretty happy with my understanding of the Vray mat and the VrayBlend mat. I've recreated an ice material I originally did in Maxwell, then in Fry - but I think this is the best version yet:

This one is another VrayBlend and it's has several layers for creating more or less frosted ice. The maps are all tileable so it's a good generic start you can build some custom maps on top of. Scaling the tiling to the model is pretty important (obvious enough I guess
)
Anyway - here's the link to the mat if anyone wants it.
EDIT: Link removed. Please check out the registered user section of http://www.six4one.com/index.php
