I'm being really picky here, but the only thing that struck me compositionally was the cloud over the building in the last image - they seem to compete a bit.
were the little self illuminated lights on the corners of panels vraylightmtl?. Also, was the water reflection all 3D or something photoshopped onto the photo?
Yup, and a set of VRay IES lights too. But the light of those is very subtle, and thus the light are not really necessary there. And apart from the flares and glows, and some tone mapping, nothing was added or modified in post. Everything what you see there is rendered, and present in the scene (for more correct reflections/refractions of the surroundings)
How did you accieve this? We just installed sp2 and the glossy effects seem pretty much the same.
Well, maybe it's not SP2, but now If I lower the noise thresholds the noise simply goes away. This was not how former RC builds worked, and was really annoying. Getting a noiseless image was hard tweaking. It seems, to me, the adaptation has been tweaked somehow, so that the system responds in a more rational way to the thresholds you set.
And again, thank you all very much for your kind words. It is very encouraging to read comments like these. The frugality of the archviz market here in Hungary is very disappointing. No one wants to pay for quality, and thus if we want to survive, we are forced by the market conditions to do very average work.

Well you seem te be right, i just tried it out and it works, perfect glossy reflections. HURRAYY!!
Thanks for the enlightment (i hope i typed this right)
