Good job overall ! Impressive results already
My comments :
- turn down you post porcess a bit, try to acheive a good balance in the render itself before applying glow etc. It should be the cherry on the cake (like we say in french )
- Your parquet texture/bump/relfexion maps are ugly IMO, buy arroway DVD and try those
- You carpet need a thickness, and maybe displacement if it's ugly with thickness
- I personnaly don't like cockroach-like points of view =)
- Try to get a reflection pass with your render and a mask on the glass parts to tweak/offset a bit the reflections.
- A slight blueish fill light might add realism (whatever the way you do it, sky or omni)

Nice work!
But I agree with pixelab, especially the wooden floor looks bad. I like the points of view though.
Other than that the wood of the Eames chair shows tiling.
On a design note: the placement of the television looks very uncomfortable, but that might be deliberate. I personally also prefer a livingroom where the tv isn't the centerpiece of the room.3DV - Ruud van Reenen

2 PIXELAB we say the same in Italy about the cherry on cake. Thanks for the points u suggests about point of view client choose them the subject is the stair, for the rest i agree;
should the parquet be more or less reflective? what u mean or more glossy reflections u would like the arroway map could give more heavy work to the calculation for its reslution, because the final renders were 6000x3750 pixel and adding high res images in materials could not help me anyway I'll try obviously.

- vraylights with skylight portal at each windows;
- vraysun and vraysky
- intensity exponential color mapping used

I like the renderings but I think the tint is not helping out...I took one of your views and and I increased a little bit the gamma and it looks much better than the original (side by side)...the white walls look white as they should be...Try it!!show me the money!!

i'd like if someone could help me to get the right techqnique to apply in PS to get the right effects and colors, as u understood i have some problem exceeding with corrections in PS or maybe more probably i have not as well gamma corrected monitor.

my 2 cents will go for the stair model:
you said that it's the main subject for the images so, in my opinion, it absolutley requires more details; in real life almost nothing has sharp edges like that in the glass part but also in the metal ones, try to add little chamfer on these and you will gain lot of realism.
I also agree with others about the point of view and the wood texture; probably it could be good for a general view but for sure it's not enought for that kind of close up; maybe the way to go is displacement instead of bump
