    Good start,

Maybe lift the road plane so the kurb is not so high. Also the reflection of the glass looks too glossy.

I like the lighting. But the image is screaming for some bumpmaps or displacement.
      Kind Regards,

Not bad. I dont mind the lighting but the sky is pretty blurred and agree the kerb is really high. Whats up with that weird grass in the corner, it needs to be dug up and replaced!
Mapping on the kerb needs fixing and the footpath map could be lined up better, and a bump or disp as already said would help define the paving.
But as you said its wip so you'll probably fix all that anyways.

yep... it's a wip and things will change - your comments are rally helpful.

here is 2nd image near the hotel entrance... the planning is really at initial stage - so no detailing yet.

You're in dire need of a higher res texture for the ground.

Making some of your materials reflective with a fresnel falloff and putting the reflection glossiness around 0.6 will help liven up some surfaces too.

it has great potential. agree with above comments.

also, you have to check your cam angles. especially in the first you can use some correction now the tall building on the right is bending to the right, looks scary.
And in the last your tiles are so stretched that it seems like a cam on drugs.

nice work but the thing i like the most is the last image with the water and breaking waves...

                      how did you do that?

overall it looks fairly low-poly but i can see by the size of the project that it may be hard to get any more detail into it!.

the waves are comped from an image taken at the site.

here is a near shoot in the event hall area...
