Just finished this one. Should have put more bump on the stone and the tiling as usual drives me crazy.

Looks good! You mentioned the stone and the thing that stands out to me is the grass that meets the stone on the right bottom.

Will that view from the angled window see the back of the fireplace? You might try to rotate your view to the left a little so you don't have that sharp line of the fireplace.

Nice trees, what kind? Great grass, but I have been getting a lot of feedback on my work that grass is never that perfect.

      looks good,

the reflections in some of the side windows look a bit empty and flat though, it seems to be a solid blue colour. however im sure this is reflecting whatever is in the scene as it should do. but that still doesn;t take away the fact its a little off putting. compare them to the windows on the front of the house which reflect a lot of the geometry and therefore look a little more dynamic. this could be me talking a load of poo though.

also to solve the grass problem, adding more flat geometry to seperate the grass from the walls of the house may help it.

nice work, the stone isn't too bad but it does look a bit unnatural to me as well as the tiling being visible on the bottom right.

The design is a bit weird...is it a church, house or factory?

see some really weird haphazard designs being done these days.

I think you did a good job with it anyway and if you used the same workflow on a nice design it would no doubt look fantastic.

Thanks for the comments. Someday I'll master making stone maps, hopefully someone will make a comprehensive procedural stone generator, anyone.... Yes very weird design. Also very low budget project. I briefly tried to place trees to reflect off the big windows but failed and couldn't afford any more time on it. Will work on a better grass map next time.

re grass : I would just say it is astroturf, that's why it is so perfect.
