  • Golf Cart

Hey guys, been working on this golf cart for a bit. Didn't have spectacular photo reference, so it's kind of a hodge-podge of different carts, but it's working pretty nicely. Did a couple quick photo comps too. See anything I might have missed? err... except for the golf clubs??

That looks excellent. The only thing I notice missing is the tee and ball holders on the dash.

        Good

Hey that's looking really good. Maybe add some decals, etc...?
Tires could use a bit "less air" in them maybe?

ah yes... the T's and balls. Good call. I've got one other thing I need to add in here. I'll post another tomorrow. Still gotta model the golf bags though... that'll take a little time. I've got about 16 hours into the cart as it is. I feel like that's a lot, but I also think I could have worked faster with better reference. I spent quite a bit of time just searching the web for good photos, and had to think about and guess on lots of stuff. Slows ya down. A fun project, none the less.

Is that designed for the special 'over 70's golf syndicate'?
                Looks incredibly beige!!

Ok, here's an update. I got the ball/tee holders in the dash and a few other props. I'll throw a number decal on there too. I think that's a good idea. Golf bags?? We don't need no stinkin' golf bags, mang! Can't you see the the back of the cart is full?!?! hahaha...

The cart will be part of a new collection, yes, but it's not a general sports collection, no.

You guys think it's TOO beige?? I used to work at a club where we had carts this color along with dark green, yellow, and orange. I was just thinking the beige looked a bit nicer, and still true to a golf cart (not one of the suped up off road carts with custom paint, etc).

I prefer the beige, it seems more common for golf carts. Handles on the sides of the roof could add some interest, but probably are not necessary.

                            Looks good.
I'd just give a bit more gloss to the black roof frame
