Only one thing... in the left of the image it seems there are some strange reflections that like different bucket in DR rendering... is it true or should I have an ophthalmology exam??

Looks more like compression artifacts to me...

View it at 100% - definitely looks like DR related strangeness.

looks like jpeg artifacts to me too as there seems to be blocks within blocks (whereas DR would be blocks of one size only) plus it only seems to happen at low contrast areas. Or am i overlooking something ?
