Someone mentioned a link on the evermotion forum but I couldn't find Pixela's name. Could someone link that up?

    Thanks!
    Thank you.

Here is the link to the thread in Evermotion:

      Pixela,

These images are inspiring. Very nice work.

Would you mind sharing some info about your workflow using hair and fur + Vray. Do you get it to work normally with vray lights and vray frame buffer, or do you have to use workarounds of some sort? Is it rendered as an effect or as geometry?

I have never been able to make it work properly so I am wondering how you achieved this awesome effect.

      GREAT WORK!

First of all, thank you very much
I prepared a detailed Making Of Tutorial for Evermotion. There is also a part about creating the fur. Here is the link:

( By the way, I rendered as Effect and I used VFB and VraySun+VraySky for that scene)

It is very inspiring for me to hear your comments!

Priad: You are right, it is kind of LWF. Only I don't use Linear Color Mapping. So technically it is not LWF but I use 2.2 gamma correction.
Which color mapping did you use?

            I used exponential.

You can find all the details in the Making Of tutorial:
