Very cool! Still something a bit funky with the way that RF meshes "tear" but the dynamics look pretty good. Mark Stasiuk has come up with some sort of scripted solution to that mesh problem - it would be nice if that got incorporated into RF (or if Phoenix gets there it won't be an issue )

Nice! Now that you've got that fancy high speed camera, can I request a bullet going through a piece of fruit?

Thx guys. Rendertimes was about 3minutes on my old quad core. Dof and caustics are on, but got some issues with moblur, so it was off.

Well, there's some improvements need to be done in phx to get effects like this.

Very nice, but there seems to be a complete disconnect in terms of volume as the drop hits and breaks up. There should be a lot more water splashing and spreading out. This of course is a RF simulation issue not a render issue

Yeah, that's what I thought too, but I wasn't quite sure how it should look...

                  Best regards,

FYI Here is some nice reference from a new super-duper slow-mo video cam (2.5k fps) and this camera costs 10x that to rent for the day!!! Nicely put together video.
