They look great Natty. Nice job on the glossiness in the interior shot. Only thing I would add is some people in the exterior shot. The lobby I like the way it is.
- using a very small amount of area shadow (instead of sharp raytraced shadows) with the sun would be nice
- the inside looks a bit too dark. i know that in reality this might be the case, but believe me when I say clients don't want reality, they want their building to look bright and inviting. so a little less reflection/glass color and some interior fill lights would be nice.
interior:
- you could turn up the samples in hte glossy reflections a bit higher
aside frome these very minor comments the images look great.

btw. 5 renderings by monday when 2 are already done is not unheard of. you just have to work through the weekend a bit. had a LOT of those rush things lately. maybe thats why i'm so touchy.
Maybe I'm just warped because all I really do are oversized projects, arenas gov instutions, schools, and your occasional stadium. Hardly ever do I get to do interiors....plus it's hard to get things done swiftly when you have 3 architects on you shoulders, each w/ their own idea of the design.
Indecisive archictects will be the death of us all.
add an environment map (perhaps an avenue, street or simply another building) for the reflection on the glass at the entrance
this may help in two ways:
give it a more realistic look and take advantage of the elements in the reflection (people, cars, trees)
and also may distract a little bit the eye from the details in the interior so you won't need to create a highly detailed model.
