Actually I never added the front walls.
I mixed HDR lighting and Vray lights with very low values in order to get an aproximation of the amount of light i would get from the missing walls.

      thanks!

so are those lights, the ceiling lamp and the 2 mirror ones really serving any purpose in lighting the scene or are they just there to act like they are lighting?

              thanks for the comments

the three lamps are the main sources for direct lighting, the secondary lights (vray light and HDRI) only contribute a small part in the indirect lighting. Also there is some SSS in the lamps body.

one particular issue I found in this secene is that the environment color had a remarkable influence over the reflections. it really helped a lot working on a night shot.

              cheers!

Very nice rendering, I think maybe you could try increasing the contrast a little..

Another thing that i would suggest is giving the walls, roof and floor some thicknes, like a cut..This would make the image a little moew "convincing"

Did you use photometric lights in the bathroom?

I tested the scene first but i liked more the result when i used vray lights.
besides i could create some SSS effect on the lamp.

                      cheers!
