  • More blue renders??

    Hey,
    Why is it that my renders gets more blue when i use the new Vray? It is the same settings.

    Well that depends on what you have mapped in the environment slot. I assume it the vray sky. The sky itself is actually going to be more of a blue hint to it. you can adjust that via some of the sky's options (turbidity and ozone). If you are using the physical camera you can also change the white balance a bit to adjust the color that way.

    One other note. If you have something mapped in the environment slots, then the multiplier in the options rollout doesn't do any thing, so have 1.4 is the same as having 3million or .003 If you want to increase the affect of the environment that needs to be done through the multiplier in the texture editor. Increasing the intensity of the sky is only going to make things more blue though.
