    Hi Mexico,
That's a nice and clean rendering.

I would only change the color tonality of the background image (some desaturation?).
    Otherwise great image

    Cheers,
    Biebel

      Nice render indeed..
      Please share your render time

Personally I would prefered a end of the afternoon sun. Lower an warmer, It would bring more light in the room.
I think, like Biebel, your background image doesn't it well.
Normally, with that type of sun, the light would burn to white all the window..
That's why the lower in is a good lead to follow

      Your wood material is awesome

Re: First work. (office in cancun conference room)

Personally I would render this scene just by using sky+sun (no 'billboard' with sky) and use the alpha output to add a sky image in photoshop. In photoshop you have much more tonemapping control to adjust the sky....

On the other hand, the billboard sky seems to cast its colours into the interior on the walls which is quite nice.

nice render. the plasma screen seems to be small and too high from the floor.nice design of the lighting fixture above.

also, the colors of the walls and floor are too close. you might want to break the monotony of the colors by adding a central pattern below the conference table (probably a darker shade of wood) or perhaps adding a border around the perimeter of the floor...just a suggestion
