Re: Some works to study
Perfect ande, your study work it's an success.
I have so much to ask you...about materials first of all..
I love that semi-transparent curtain, the leather from
the sofa's,the wooden table( the brown one),the glasses,
and definitely the liquids!
You hide the borders of the carpet, very intelligent, since
that portion of the geometry don't respond so good to
displacement. Maybe the frame of the painting should be
more modern, but ...that's nothing...
How do you achieve that DOF, and did you used caustics?
It will be nice if you have the time to explain how you
achieve this impressive result.
Regards,
Stefan

The last one, i used a transparent linked material with 1 in refraction.
The wood is a material with a wood texture on difuse, with reflection glossines and high light glossiness
the glasses a transparent material with refraction and reflection, ior of the glass is the one on vray manual, and whatter too, with the ior from the vray manual for watter.
the depth of field, i can use vray to do that, but render time is too long so i used this:

and the caustics is off.http://andeciuala.blogspot.com

Core2Quad Q6600
Geforce 8800GT 1GB
4GB DDR2 800

Re: Some works to study
the interior ones are just amazing, those sofas are reallly hard to make them look real, and for me you have made it, the exterior one i think can be better with a nice material for the walls and reflection on glasses can improve the image, also the sky can be more cloudy to add drama(rainy day or something), but just an opinion, for the rest, congrats brother.
