    few things i noticed:
    1. Tiled wall looks very repetitive.
    2. Sky has unreal/wrong horizon to it
    3. Are the walls color Saturated intentionally ?

    Overall decent render man.

yup sir, the walls are intentionally saturated.thats what the clients wants.
he wants to imphasize the colors.
actually the ground floor was existing.
the project is only the second floor, and the garage added to the left side of the building.

that is the second view i post... just to look for help to avoid tiling of my stone textures..

the problem is that i dont know how to assigned stone materials that is not obviously tiling.. any help????

            Stone tiling
If you want to use your current texture, then you need to do some PS work on it. In PS, increase the canvas size of the image, and mirror and copy the existing texture. then use 'cut and paste' of individual stones to improve the random effect. Then use this larger and randomised texture in your model.
            OR you could
            a) photograph a similar texture and use that or
            b) try CGTextures.com
Also, you say this is an existing building, so you need to get some context imagery around the model (or photomatch it!!!)

              david is absolutely right.

klouise: another thing that i noticed just now is that your 'lens flare' is wrong, relative to sun direction.

forgot to tell, the existing is only rough cement on walls and sliding window in to it.. no finishing.. no painting.. so, i think can't do photomatching...
anyway, thanks a lot for the comments sir.. noted... & i appreciate

                    Re: VfSu 3rd try

I would suggest, that even if you don't want to show the existing building because it is poor, maybe you should see the surroundings. Some PS work will get rid of any bits of the existing that need removing, after you have photomatched in the remodelled building.

                    Good Luck.
