this was a quick render?

Maybe you have to work a little on the grapewine material (too clean) perhaps by using transludency?

I agree with boosting AA just a nudge to help the lip of the red pitcher, but i like the grain on the red plates and pitcher, makes it look like they're made of glazed terra cotta. finer grain on the fruit would work for them as well. of course, both of these suggestions would be incorporated into the textures, not the render itself
