Nice renders, especially like the wood material on the cupboards- does that have bump applied or anisotropic reflections?

Is the ceiling really that high in reality? It looks like it's almost 4 meters!

yeap Vietnamese houses has tall ceiling.. my guess is 3.60m which is kinda a standard here.

there is a saying in Vietnam "Nha Cao Cua Rong" literally traslated as Tall house, wide door (Entry door), this actually connotes as sign of prosperity...
