the mats you'll find here: http://vray.info/materialbeta.asp
they are tweaked a little, but mostly in the color settings (the green ground). i took the egzGlass mat.
the backlight is a plane with 100% self illuminating mat (standard mat).
to get some real lighting a placed a vray rect light on top, direction downward. a vray-hdri env gives some reflections.
that's it.

oh maxer come on, your glas ensembles rock! nice models, i only miss some shadows - even if glas cast less shadows there are even shadows
