It is just strange to see wood instead of ceramic tiles close to the sink!
but maybe it is just my problem ;P

nice renders, but gi is too blurry so shadows are a bit unrealistic

very nice renders, i think that you should improve metal on chairs it looks unreal, and i agree its better if you use ceramic tiles instead of wood floor!

I think, then ceramic tiles on wall, behind kitchen desk, are out of time )
i use often glass, wood or watterressist plaster...Its elegant, simply and variability.
But I agree with pavement instead wood floor...

yes the side wall is too bright
you may change floor or try matching the kitchen wood with floor

and in this scene are not IES light...Only point light
