  • Finally Posting!

    Hey guys,

First gallery post, and I am looking for genuine feedback about materials, lighting, entourage, and style. Any comments are much appreciated. If it weren't for this forum I would be a lost soul.

    Enjoy

like the vibe of the render... nice PS work. the thing that I would change is the stone texture in render 2. It looks tiled to me

        very NIIICEE renders...
just try increasing light cache value to reduce (i think they call it splotchiness or something like that)

So when you increase the light chache value it will help reduce the splotchy effects that I am finding? Interesting. Also, 40th, thanks for your help from before. Your sugestions really did the trick.

Dude you renders are great, you already reach the most important! The lightning now you need to have more quality and thats something you will reach tweaking on the settings in order to reduce slotchiness and noise, your materials are great excellent contrast on colors, but on wood materials increase subdivision in the image sample decrease the adaptive amont from 1 to .85 and the noise treshold to 0.001 something like that, and ligh cache subdivision something around 1500. good luck and keep posting. congratulations

Actually it will increase the render times very dramatically. An optimized value for noise threshold is 0.005. Decreasing it lower than that will have a large impact on the render times with not really much difference, if it all.
