looks pretty decent. Nice lighting levels and photomontaging.

The biggest thing I notice is that it looks far too clean and toy-like:

        1) the green walls look way too clean. you could dirty them up a bit like the white wall at the front. Show some texture there.

        2) Colour of the cars make them look like toys. the VW needs more reflectivity.

        3) The dude walking up the stairs looks like he belongs in a lego model. Get rid of him or replace with a photographed person.

i personally would prefer to stay away from photo additions of people. they NEVER look right. im checking the feasability of getting poser. i know most 3d people hate poser. but hey. its a quick way to get 3d people.
as for the cars. not RPC cars. they are free models you can find on the net

i like it Da_elf - especially the lighting.

however i do agree w/ Junglejuz about the toy-like look - it's missing some variation in the testures on the walls and asphalt - at the same time I know well how clients are about this things - they want it to look pristine/clean as it will never be....so it's a hard balance...
A lot of times if I like my rendering I'll do two copies/versions - one crisp and clean for the client and another more realistic w/ grime/dirt for myself.

as for poser - I've been using it for a while and under certain circumstances it's good for arch viz:

if the people are fairly faraway for example...
the advantage is that they cast correct shadows and look halfway decent if far enough.
Stay away from closeups with poser people....

            paul.
