Looks great, but a few things:
1. Wires. There are no wires at all, which is of course nice and clean but not too realistic.
2. Plastic is not shiny enough I think, especially on this white thing behind the laptop.
3. Leather on the chair looks more like plastic.

well, there's certainly a lot of noise, but the image looks pretty realistic already.
hehe, that chair looks terrific, and yes, if you get to handle the noise issue, your work will be much better.
try with photoshop, go to filter, noise, reduce noise... that's obviously somthing quick, and you will loose a little bit of detail, but perhap´s that'll work.
also, maybe you should post your settings, so we can try to help you improvelos campeones no nacen, se hacen...
