Like I said, the client is an egomaniac and wants his house to be some kind of palace. I think this is really lame but that's what he wants so I'm sure the colors he chooses for the exterior will be hideous. Price tag is at least $2.5 milllion US which is normal for this type of residence (3 story waterfront in Florida). Hedge maze? Probably not - more like a huge pool with disappearing ledge and hot tub for 10. Even if I had the money for this house I would never in my wildest dreams spend that much on a house (especially of this design).

hehehe.....yeah...only if Florida..............well, maybe in Calif. too....

you're right - can't wait for the colors - "I'd opt for the Miami-Vice style, sir"....hehehe.....pinks and whites are due.

One again, nice modeling!

Any chance you can move the carports to the side of the house? Windows or the such in the front would make a huge difference plus allow you to place vegetation at the front and break up the sea of paving that is going so be the result of this layout. The carports just seems to cheapen its dramatic entrance and would help if they were hidden. But then again, if its what the client wants.

OK. Hopefully this image will redeem me. I still have to add foreground greenery and some tress behind. The modelling is done. HDRI only ala marc (UBIKmh). Hope you guys like it and I hope we can get past the horrible white beast above.
