The thing that stands out to me at first glance is the grass in your courtyard, it looks like a large hedge instead of grass. The grass around your building is showing obvious tiling and the trees are too green I'd darken them. Lighting looks good.

gotcha... changed the trees, but u r correct... the roof looks like a hedge because it is. But I am open to suggestions on how to improve... how would one show the rooftop thing if it were them...

I have a lot of other stuff on the grass now, so it breaks it up a lot now...

I couldn't even tell thatit had a roof, i thought it was a courtyard andi guess im not the only one. I don't know what to say on how to improve it, but this is definitely a guideline. Explore a different angle. One thing that comes to mind is to orbit with the camera a little bit to the right, so it shows the side of the building, this way it will be easier to read the roof plane, when it has some reference (sidewall + extended floor in the background)

oh, yes. The awful SE ISO... why does everyone want to see their building from a view nobody will ever see it from? I just had a client ask for the same thing... I think you did a good job and the technique works for you.

Thanx Bobby... I was gonna email ya... what trees do you use now... I struggle with what to use with vray. These are opacity trees and think I would love to use something better...
