Here is one I am working on. It was a quick one, just a couple days, but it had to go out the door. The image is being used for a construction sign.

regarding the rendering I think if you scale down the pines would help you a lot. The trees have almost the same green as the roof has so a little bit of variation in color is needed in my opinion.

Yes. I Will scale those trees down. Being a bank, for security, they'll have to be smaller.

It looks much better now..the signage on the right it's too sharp...maybe a little DOF effect would help or I would move the camera to the left to see the whole building with the signage

I tried blurring out their sign, but it wasn't working for me (visually). Here is one I was trying out:

I would invert the DOF...building sharp and the signage with blur( a little bit)

Okay, I inverted the DOF. I am not having luck using a z-depth pass for this, so I am just using the lasso tool.
