It's nothing fancy. One thing that i was thinking of, is adding a person or two in the lower right corner, but i don't have experience with it, so i decided against experimenting on a live project.

I am glad to see you have work, and a pretty nice project, at that. It is a nice and clean render. I would cut/paste some storefronts into the street level windows, but other that that, good work.

It's a nice rendering, what I would do is take out or change the vegetation on the front top...it looks like you are viewing the building under an evergreen,(very unusual by the way) and the contrast is too high, the background is very pale compare with the building. Maybe I a little AO would help too.

I agree with glorybound, I would put some details in the shop windows.
I find it a little weird 3d models of people, I think it does not take much realism to the image.
Anyway, it's a good job, everything very carefully.

          Regards.

            Some comments:
Overall- looks good no big problems but it can look better

1.Composition. I'd cut off good deal from the bottom. Too much grey, boring street right in front of camera. I'd cut under the feet of people on zebra crossing. That'll give image some "stability" as well
Replace evergreen with some decidious trees. It looks un-natural that all the other trees are diferent.

            2. Reflections on shadowed and sunny side are the same, which is imposible. Increase HDRI multiplier to bump up the sunny side. I'd expect much, much more glossies on the eaves, downpipes and awning edges that in your render.

            3. Put some cars on the street. You'd expect at least a couple of cars on a 4-lane road

            4. As other people said: dress up shopwindows a bit

            Hope this helps

            Pozdrav

Heres the other exterior, and a few interior shots. I had a pretty tight budget, so i had to make due with what was available. The idea was to use evermotion, and i did, but they came up with some requests, so i had to quickly model the bed, and most of the stuff in the bathroom.
