Beatifull images, the background image fits perfectly, thanks for sharing the settings. ¿Do you take the background pics? ¿are they from the place they´re gonna build the house?
What digital camera do you have?

stupid questions the forum can answer.
@Frieder: usually we set the aa to adaptive min/max 0/+3, mltpass, rand. then in PS i use KPT equalizer.
@niksoftarg: yes ,as you guessed, we take the pics right in the place where the house will be built. we have here a canon eos 10D (which i find very cool!) in conjunction with a sigma 28-200mm zoom-lens.
@fidel: muchas gracias =) i personally dont speak spanish but i understand some, 'cause i'm half italian =)
@jacksc02: this is done in PS. just make a few copies of the layer with the rendering and set them to screen. set the opacity as you like and give them a gaussian blur. increase the contrast of the top layer of the rendering, which is also set to screen.
okey, now to the r.o.o.m-pics =)
look at these images:
as you can see they differ much from the final result after post in PS.
i think you won't detect any decay from the sun, when you look
outside on a clear day. so the direct comes without decay.
but in the gi-settings the decay for diffuse areas is simulated by the color-mapping set to exponential.
