        Sun setting

Could youa lso post what light type and setting youa re using for your sun?
I am strucggling and flipping between vray light adn standard max lights and or sometimes to use VIZ sun system. I like the depth of the shadows on your images.

        Thanks,

        Radim

            so let's start:

the people are from diffrent collections such as imageCels or Dosh,
but recently we began to implement fotos we took on digi-cam that satisfy our needs...i think u know what i mean.
the same for plants&trees, selfmade foto-elements are far better!
for the grass i only can say: all taken from fotos and done in post.
the light is a simple directional one with multiplicator set to m=4, light yellow with vray shadows.

the render settings are as the following ones:

            first bounce m=1.3, irradiance map min/max -2/0 thrsh:0.2/0.2/0.5 subd 32 int. 32
            secondary m=1, direct comp 1/1.
env. bright blueish color with m=1.3
color mapping: HSV, dark m=0.8 light m=1, no affect bg

but this settings differ in terms of project/object size.
            maybe i'll post a right-out-of-max pic ---> r.o.o.m-pic ?

            merry x-mas to all
            ale
@pengo : as soon as i see some spare time in the near future...

thanks all of you for your ideas about my avatar , she is a korean movie star.
especially thanks for deneb26.I think deneb26 is the one who render exterior very well.unlike the others, deneb26 use a low value of color mapping and a direct light with high multiplier, this is a very effective method for rendering exterior

                Thanks

deneb26 - Love these images. I was just wondering which AntiAliasing filter you used for these images?
How come Psychics have to ask for your name?
