Why don't you just push the liquid a little into the glass, and let VRay handle it?

Oops, I just realized that the new refracion code hasn't been released yet! Those of you that have the new internal build have it though.

To Larco: it was modeled in Rhino and rendered in Flamingo, because I was writing a Flamingo tutorial
...and I don't have a VRay licence or a working demo
